Job summary

Afreen Building Materials Trading Co. LLC is seeking an HR Officer to support day-to-day human resources operations, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee relations.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality. You will work with HR systems and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with management and staff to ensure smooth HR processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR administration, recruitment, or a similar human resources role.
• Good understanding of recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, and HR administration processes.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling employee records.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with standard office and HR-related systems.
• Ability to manage multiple HR tasks while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities from vacancy requirements through candidate selection and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR documentation.
• Prepare and organize employment-related documents, letters, forms, and HR records.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees and ensure required documentation is completed.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and related HR information; respond to routine queries.
• Support implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures; maintain confidentiality.
