Job summary

NMC is seeking an experienced Officer – HR Operations to support core HR functions in its Abu Dhabi facilities. You will handle onboarding, offboarding, data management, contracts, visas, payroll data, and compliance, ensuring accurate records and prompt service in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

As a key member of the HR team, you will maintain HRMS data, prepare letters and memos, coordinate with PRO for visa work, and generate standard reports while upholding UAE labor laws and internal

Qualifications

• Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR processes.
• Experience with visa processing and licensing coordination with health authorities.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires, ensuring documentation and system entries are complete.
• Handle employee data entry, updates, and record maintenance in the HRMS with high accuracy.
• Prepare and issue HR letters, employment contracts, and official memos.
• Assist with visa processing, license applications, renewals, and cancellations in coordination with PRO.
• Maintain employee personnel files in compliance with standards.
• Support payroll processing by providing timely updates on new hires and changes.
• Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and documentation.
• Coordinate the offboarding process including exit formalities and final settlements.
• Monitor attendance and leave records in the HR system and coordinate discrepancies.
• Assist in internal audits and data readiness for regulatory inspections.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and internal HR guidelines.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR communication initiatives.
• Generate standard HR reports and data summaries as required.
• Liaise with insurance providers for employee medical insurance updates.
