Job summary

Air Q Limited is seeking an experienced HR Operation Lead to steer day-to-day HR activities and help scale the organisation. The role emphasizes practical HR governance, strong Odoo HR module usage, and robust payroll controls, salary structures, and KPI development.

The ideal candidate should bring 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, lead the HR team, and drive performance evaluations while ensuring UAE employment practices are followed and HR processes are implemented accurately.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience including leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience with Odoo HR modules.
• Experience in HR policies, salary structures, payroll controls and reporting.
• Knowledge of UAE employment practices and HR compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR function and supervise HR team.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and forms.
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements and controls.
• Ensure HR practices comply with UAE requirements and company policies.
• Manage recruitment, posting, screening, interviews and tracking.
• Support manpower planning, headcount records and job descriptions.
• Coordinate onboarding, probation reviews, transfers and renewals.
• Lead performance evaluation cycles and KPI development.
• Develop clear, measurable employee and departmental KPIs.
• Review salary proposals against structures and equity.
• Verify payroll inputs and HR data through Odoo.
• Maintain confidentiality of salary and performance information.
