Job summary

Bureau Veritas in UAE is seeking a Human Resource Specialist to manage pre and post recruitment, issue offers, collect documents, apply for visas, and onboard new hires. The role supports site managers and operations with payroll data and attendance.

You will maintain SAP SuccessFactors data, enroll staff, handle RAMCO payroll inputs and WPS sheets, and prepare monthly HR reports while ensuring UAE Labour Law compliance and timely visa renewals.

Qualifications

• Pre and Post Recruitment process to comply MER HR Recruitment Policies.
• Providing recruitment support including issuing Offer letter & receive acceptance from the candidate.
• Collecting & arranging the employee’s documents, files & folders.
• Apply visa request & Work Permit for a new employee.
• Completing onboarding formalities for new joinees & re-joinees.
• Upon Joining the candidate, preparing an employment contracts to issue new employees and get signed from them.
• Keeping a track of Visa renewals & ensuring the renewals in timely manner.
• Maintaining type of leaves such annual, leave, sick leave, rotational leave records.
• Preparing Periodic Monthly Reports for BV reporting.
• Obtaining attendance from the site managers / site coordinators for preparation of salaries.
• Marking the time-off for staffs in SF on monthly basis.
• Maintaining & managing the training data for staff in Success Factor.
• Enrolling & maintaining employees data on SAP SUCCESS FACTOR.
• Processing Salary on RAMCO Payroll System & preparing WPS sheets for salary payment.
• Proving pay slips & other salary related support to staffs.
• Clearing employees’ doubts regarding salary receivable.
• Issuing bonus letters, salary certificates, experience letters, warning letters to staff.
• Provide internal support to operations & HSE.

Responsibilities

• Completing Exit formalities & computing End of Service Benefits as per the Company & local labor norms
• To enhance the employee engagement activities.
• To comply UAE Labour Law, BV CoE & BV Integration policies, in areas of responsibilities.
• Supporting staffs in completing their PMP process & ensuring the timely submission of the ratings as per the BV guidelines.
