Job summary

Boskalis is seeking an HR Advisor (Operations) in Abu Dhabi to manage end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts and offboarding. You will handle documentation, visa coordination, and act as a trusted advisor to staff and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 4–6 years of HR operations experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Experience in a large or international organisation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes and offboarding.
• Prepare employment letters, certificates and other employee-related documentation accurately and timely.
• Act as a key point of contact for employees and stakeholders, providing timely advice and resolving day-to-day HR queries.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR operations, processes and systems.
• Work with internal stakeholders to deliver a professional, responsive HR service.
• Support wider HR initiatives and adapt to changing business priorities.
