Job summary

Delta Electronics EMEA is seeking a standalone senior HR leader to oversee all HR matters across the Middle East and assigned territories, serving as the primary HR contact for the business.

You will develop HR strategy, manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensure compliance, oversee compensation and benefits, and promote Delta's values in both Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR responsibilities in the GCC region.
• Strong understanding of full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, offboarding, and local regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• High integrity and professionalism; able to handle confidential matters.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Based in UAE with valid residency and work authorization; fluent in Arabic and English.

• Candidates currently based in the UAE with valid residency and work authorization, and strong knowledge of the local HR market, are preferred.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are required.
