FCSearch is seeking a seasoned HR Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead the HR function for a manpower and facilities services business. The role focuses on workforce planning, high-volume recruitment, payroll controls, compliance, and continuous improvement of HR processes across the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manpower outsourcing, industrial environments, and experience governing HRMS, recruitment, and employee relations within UAE regulations.

Mansioni

• Translate business plans and client manpower requirements into HR priorities and workforce plans.
• Lead high-volume recruitment for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled roles across multiple sites.
• Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, overtime, and data accuracy in HR systems.
• Maintain HR records, visa/work-permit coordination, onboarding, and employee master data.
• Manage HR policy, compliance, audits, and management reporting.
• Coach HR team and drive process standardization and HRMS utilization.
• Partner with operations and client teams on retention, mobilization, and site HR matters.

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in HR/BA/Management

Postgraduate HR qualification (CIPD/SHRM/HRCI) preferred
