Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources functions in a leading vegetable and fruit market.

You will develop strategic HR plans, manage recruitment, onboarding, retention, employee relations, and performance processes, while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Laws.

This role requires at least five years of HR experience and the ability to operate in a project-driven, technical service environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in HR.
