Job summary

Client of Michael Page in Dubai seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function reporting to the CEO. You will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business, oversee recruitment, onboarding and employee retention, and drive a high-performance culture across manufacturing operations.

You will ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, manage employee relations, performance appraisal, and maintain pay and benefits programs aligned with market standards.

Qualifications

• Previous HR leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
• Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with HR systems and MS Office.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR function reporting to the CEO.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and employee retention.
• Support development and engagement of employees across operations.
