Job summary

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Generalist/HRBP to establish and lead the in-house HR function for a Dubai-based technology platform. You will own end-to-end HR operations, build policies and a handbook, manage payroll, compliance, and the employee lifecycle to support business growth.

The role requires strong UAE Labour Law knowledge and a hands-on, independent working style to shape company culture and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' HR experience within the UAE.
• Experience standalone or as lead HR professional managing full HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance requirements.
• Hands-on payroll, leave management, and HR administration.
• Ability to build HR structure from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage the complete HR function, including policies and frameworks.
• Develop and implement company handbook aligned with UAE Labour Law.
• Oversee payroll processing, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and performance processes.
• Handle leave management including annual and sick leave.
• Drive culture initiatives and employee engagement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations and internal governance.
• Support leadership with HR advisory, workforce planning, and org structure.
• Maintain accurate HR systems and reporting for management decisions.
