Job summary

Brunel is seeking an HR Specialist for a leading oil and gas client in Dubai on a permanent basis. The role strengthens HR service delivery and provides day-to-day support to the HR function and employees, acting as a partner to HR Business Partners and the HR Manager to ensure smooth HR operations across the business.

Responsibilities include recruitment activities, onboarding coordination, HR data maintenance, Oracle ERP transactions, and HR reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a HR related field or equivalent professional qualification such as CIPD and/or SPHR.
• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Experience with ERP system, preferably Oracle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Valid UAE Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: screen, interview coordination, candidate grading, and offers.
• Administrative support to recruitment to ensure records are up to date.
• HR/General Administration: maintain personnel files and HR data; coordinate onboarding and induction; participate in HR projects.
• Manage Purchase Requisitions/Orders in Oracle for HR services.
• Liaise with medical clinic; ensure policy compliance and pre-employment medicals.
• Visits to work sites as required and HR reporting updates.
