Job summary

Palazzo Versace Dubai is seeking an HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role involves managing HR operational tasks such as insurance administration, visa processing, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law.

Key duties include overseeing group medical and life insurance, maintaining employee records in the Oasys HR system, coordinating with PROs, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years HR experience, preferably in a 5-star hotel
• Hands-on experience with Oasys HR system
• Good knowledge of UAE labour law and visa processes
• Strong administrative and coordination skills
• Organized, detail-oriented and proactive

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle of group medical insurance and life insurance, including additions, deletions, upgrades, claims coordination and renewals
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, team-building, recognition events
• Maintain/update employee records in Oasys HR, including payroll inputs, leave tracking and tickets
• Arrange staff air tickets and process related invoices
• Submit monthly HR financial and immigration reports
• Oversee first aid room operations and restock kits
• Track/renew visas and passports on time
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions and separations per UAE Labour Law
• Coordinate with PRO and government entities on HR matters
• Assist in offboarding with exit clearance, visa cancellations, and exit interviews

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle of group medical insurance and life insurance, including addition and deletion of members, policy upgrades, claims coordination, and annual renewals
• Planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including staff wellness programs, team-building activities, and recognition events
• Maintain and update employee records in Oasys HR system, including document uploads, payroll inputs, leave tracking, and ticket entitlements
• Arrange staff air tickets and process related invoices
• Submit monthly HR financial and immigration reports
• Oversee first aid room operations and restock kits across departments
• Track and renew visas and passports on time
• Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution, grievance investigations, disciplinary actions, and employee separations, in compliance with UAE Labour Law
• Coordinate with PRO and government entities for HR-related matters
• Assist in offboarding by managing exit clearance, coordinating visa cancellations, and conducting or supporting exit interviews

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in 5-star hotel
