Job summary

Talents Tide in Dubai is seeking a highly experienced HR Director to lead the HR function for a prestigious semi-government entity. The role requires Emirati nationality and a proven track record in government or semi-government organizations.

You will drive HR strategy, organizational design, talent management, and compliance with UAE labor laws, while advising senior leadership on people initiatives and policy development.

Qualifications

• UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 12–15 years of HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Previous experience as HR Director (or equivalent) within a government or semi-government entity – Mandatory
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and public sector HR frameworks
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
