Job summary

Talents Tide in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Director to shape the organization’s people strategy and lead a team of HR professionals. You will work with senior management to attract, develop, and retain top talent while aligning policies with strategic goals.

The role requires deep knowledge of UAE labor laws, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, and employee relations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention of top talent

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
• Lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent
• Develop and oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and competencies
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing guidance and support to managers on performance management and improvement
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Oversee the compensation and benefits program, ensuring it remains competitive and aligned with industry standards
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, training providers, and labor authorities
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
• Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success
