Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for associate HR-related queries, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up within SLAs.
• Manage end-to-end HR processes including attendance, leaves, onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle events.
• Maintain accurate HR records, process HR transactions, and support HR initiatives and programs.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with operations teams to support daily HR activities and drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements while handling confidential information.
• Support HR projects, conduct basic HR investigations, and contribute to a positive work environment through communication and problem-solving.
• Coordinate HR events, training sessions, and engagement activities with efficient administration.

Working in alignment with Operations shift patterns, this position serves as the primary HR contact for associates, handling diverse inquiries spanning benefits, payroll, and general HR matters.

The role is vital in executing people initiatives, driving employee engagement, and maintaining HR operational excellence. The incumbent will execute projects of varying complexity and provide administrative support. They will also be responsible for analyzing HR metrics to provide data-driven insights for decision making. This position requires strict adherence to confidentiality standards and service level agreements, while consistently driving process improvements and HR functional excellence.

The role demands someone who can balance administrative precision with critical thinking to create positive employee experiences and raise the bar in HR service delivery.
