Job summary

Safran Group in Dubai is seeking an HR Apprentice to support day-to-day HR operations while gaining practical experience across all HR areas. You will be exposed to recruitment, employee administration, attendance monitoring, internal communications and employee engagement.

The role offers hands-on learning through assisting recruitment processes, onboarding, record maintenance, HR reporting and event coordination, with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources (mandatory).
• Previous internship or administrative experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment process: posting vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers.
• Prepare interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
• Support onboarding: new hire documentation, induction activities.
• Monitor daily attendance records and prepare attendance reports.
• Follow up on attendance discrepancies and missing records.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality.
• Prepare employment letters, salary certificates, NOCs and other HR documents.
• Support internal communications: HR announcements, newsletters, employee communications.
• Assist in organizing employee events and celebrations.
• Prepare HR reports, presentations and documentation.
• Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide general HR support to employees and answer routine queries.
