Qualifications

HPE Juniper Networking Specialist-Technical - Logicom Distribution - UAE

The HPE Juniper Networking Specialist - Technical - will be responsible for driving Juniper-related networking opportunities within the HPE Networking portfolio across the UAE market. This is a mid-level to senior technical role focused on managing and growing HPE Juniper networking solutions through business development, partner enablement, technical consultancy, and customer engagement. The role combines technical expertise with commercial awareness to increase market adoption, partner capability, and revenue growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive all HPE Juniper networking technical initiatives within the UAE market.
• Manage and drive HPE Juniper networking solutions across partners and end customers.
• Support sales teams in identifying, qualifying, and closing networking opportunities.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and customer briefings.
• Assist with solution design, architecture discussions, and proof-of-concept (PoC) activities.
• Provide technical guidance and consultancy to partners, customers, and internal teams.
• Drive partner enablement, certification programs, and technical training initiatives.
• Support HPE and Juniper strategic business initiatives and go-to-market activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, vendors, and customers.
• Monitor developments in networking technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for networking solutions and digital transformation projects.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Networking, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on networking experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of HPE Juniper Data center solutions around routing, switching, wireless and Security solutions.
• Experience with HPE Networking solutions is highly desirable.
• Relevant Juniper certifications (JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP, or equivalent) will be considered a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of enterprise networking architectures, campus networks, data center networking, and WAN solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, solution design, and technical consulting skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and customer engagement abilities.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Results-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Experience working with distributors, channel partners, system integrators, and enterprise customers is preferred.
