POSITION SUMMARY

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.   1. Maintain high standards of all engineering services required for indoor and outdoor meetings and functions.
  2. Attend to associate complaints as directed.
  3. Participate in and ensure the complete success of the preventive maintenance program of the housing.
  4. Perform daily walk-arounds of the housing and function rooms to ensure good working condition and take corrective actions accordingly.
  5. Perform all daily assigned tasks as advised by the Housing Engineering Assistant Manager.
  6. Handle multiple engineering tasks as assigned by the Housing Engineering Assistant Manager or Housing Manager.
  7. Ensure that all materials needed to perform the jobs are available prior to starting work.
  8. Maintain the availability of all materials needed to perform the jobs.
  9. Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.
  10. Attend all safety and fire training sessions and adhere to safety instructions to prevent accidents.
  11. Document all work performed and any spares used.
  12. Carry out any requests from your immediate supervisor.
  13. Keep your uniform clean at all times when visiting guest areas, and change it daily.
  14. Practice good hygiene by washing before coming to work and maintaining good personal hygiene throughout your shift.
  15. Maintain a high level of hospitality and concern for guests and associates. Practice empowerment and do whatever it takes to satisfy the guest.
  16. Be aware of all departmental safety analyses and strive to work in an accident-free manner, creating a safe working environment for yourself and others.
