Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a skilled Housekeeping Team Leader – Wynn Oasis to join our Wynn Oasis Staff Accommodation team. The role focuses on maintaining surgical-level cleanliness, leading housekeeping staff, and coordinating with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a premium UAE resort.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in housekeeping with one year in a supervisory role, and is familiar with pre-opening operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus.
• Minimum of two years in housekeeping or related field with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in pre-opening operations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in scheduling, inventory management, and housekeeping operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Wynn standards of cleanliness across guest rooms, staff accommodations, back-of-house lockers, and public spaces.
• Implements deep-cleaning procedures to maintain an impeccable environment.
• Manages opening/closing shift procedures and creates/adjusts daily and weekly shift schedules.
• Establishes schedules for daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks and special projects.
• Performs inspections of rooms and spaces to rectify cleanliness concerns.
• Leads and mentors housekeeping staff, delivering coaching and performance reviews.
• Coordinates with other departments to enhance guest experiences and maintain professional interactions.
