IHG Hotels & Resorts at InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for luxury residences. You will lead daily operations, inspect rooms, and coordinate with Front Office, Engineering and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Monitor supplies, linen, and equipment usage and stock levels.
• Support training, coaching and development of housekeeping colleagues.
• Record and report daily activities; manage shift handovers smoothly.

At InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi, we believe that true hospitality lies in the details. We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and ensure our residences maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure all residences, public areas, and assigned spaces are maintained to the highest standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and residences to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards are met.
• Assign duties, prepare work schedules, and monitor the performance of housekeeping colleagues.
• Ensure all cleaning procedures are carried out in line with hotel standards, health, safety, and hygiene requirements.
• Coordinate with the Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure timely resolution of guest requests and maintenance issues.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant residential experience.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, and cleaning equipment, ensuring proper usage and stock control.
• Support the training, coaching, and development of housekeeping colleagues.
• Ensure lost and found items are handled and recorded according to hotel procedures.
• Maintain accurate records, complete daily reports, and ensure smooth communication during shift handovers.

What we need from you:

• Previous experience in housekeeping within a hotel or luxury residential environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures, and hygiene practices.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
• Good command of English; additional languages will be an advantage.
