Qualifications

What you'll do:

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating housekeeping activities within the warehouse premises. The role ensures cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently maintained to support efficient warehouse operations.

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping staff activities in assigned warehouse areas.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor housekeeping tasks to ensure all zones are cleaned and maintained.
• Ensure cleaning standards, safety protocols, and hygiene requirements are strictly followed.
• Maintain housekeeping schedules (daily, weekly, monthly) for general and deep cleaning.
• Inspect warehouse areas regularly to identify cleaning requirements and ensure task completion.
• Handle and maintain cleaning equipment, machines, and materials efficiently.
• Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques and safety.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when required.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on housekeeping activities and staff performance.
• Support in pest control, waste disposal, and recycling management within the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and local regulations.
• Coordination with vendors to ensure timely service delivery without delays.

What you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 2–4 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping, preferably in a warehouse or industrial environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and occupational safety standards.
