Job summary

Bigbanyan Technical Services in Dubai is seeking a housekeeping attendant to clean and service guest rooms in line with hotel standards. You will make beds, replace towels, replenish amenities, and maintain cleanliness of all surfaces.

Responsibilities include inspecting rooms, reporting maintenance needs, handling guests' belongings properly, and responding to requests politely while upholding health, safety, and hygiene policies throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hotel room cleaning is preferred.
• Able to follow hotel standards for cleaning and safety.
• Capable of multi-room cleaning within given time frames.

• Complete assigned rooms within the required time while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor regarding room status and special requests.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues.
