Job summary

Palazzo Versace Dubai is seeking an experienced Room Attendant to maintain luxury guest rooms to the highest standards. You will clean, present, and replenish suites and bathrooms, reporting maintenance issues and ensuring safety.

This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and excellent guest service. You will work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced, five-star environment in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and assigned areas according to the hotel's luxury standards and procedures.
• Ensure guest rooms are presented to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
• Make beds, replenish amenities, and replace linen and towels as required.
• Clean and maintain bathrooms, floors, furniture, fixtures, and other guest room areas.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, lost and found items, or guest concerns promptly to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Ensure all housekeeping equipment, supplies, and cleaning materials are used correctly and safely.
• Follow established procedures for handling guest belongings, lost and found items, and room access.
• Maintain a professional and discreet approach when working in guest rooms and interacting with guests.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and provide assistance when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping pantries, trolleys, and back-of-house areas.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and security standards at all times.
• Support the Housekeeping team with additional duties as required by the Supervisor or management.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties for extended periods.

• Professional, reliable, and guest-focused attitude.
