Job summary

Le Méridien Abu Dhabi seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations across guestrooms, public areas, and potentially laundry. You will coordinate with Front Desk, inspect spaces, manage supplies, and enforce standards to maintain guest satisfaction while controlling costs.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 2 years in housekeeping or a related field, or a 2-year hospitality/business degree with no prior experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years housekeeping or related experience.
• Or a 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Verify guest room status with Front Desk in a timely manner.
• Inspect guestrooms and public spaces daily; prepare work assignments.
• Ensure stock and supplies are adequate; supervise inspection programs.
• Manage staff in accordance with SOPs; monitor budgets and goals.
• Lead HR activities: training, scheduling, attendance, disciplinary actions, and recognition.
• Drive exceptional guest service and respond to complaints to improve satisfaction.
