Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee housekeeping operations including budgeting, scheduling and training of staff.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee the purchase of cleaning supplies and other items related to housekeeping operations.
• Ensure the highest standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout the property.
• Create staff schedules that meet the needs of the department while maximizing efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels of all cleaning supplies and restock when necessary.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services.
