Le Méridien in Abu Dhabi is seeking an attentive Housekeeping Support role to manage room status, prioritize cleaning, and coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry to ensure smooth daily operations. You will handle discrepant rooms and assist with room assignments.

The position requires at least 1 year of related housekeeping experience and a high school diploma or GED, with strong emphasis on safety, confidentiality, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related housekeeping experience.

Responsabilités

• Run room reports, verify room status, prioritize room cleaning and update status of departing guest rooms.
• Assist Housekeeping management in daily activities and coordinate efforts with Engineering, Front Office and Laundry.
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk; prepare and distribute room assignments to staff.
• Record, monitor and update list of Do Not Disturb rooms; ensure vacant dirty rooms are cleaned by the required time.
• Complete required housekeeping paperwork; adhere to safety policies and protect hotel assets.
