Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operationsacross multiple clients/location to ensure efficient and high-qualityservice delivery.
• Plan and manage manpower deployment, workschedules, and daily operations.
• Lead, supervise, train, and evaluatehousekeeping supervisors and housekeeping female staff.
• Monitor employee attendance, productivity,and performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections andquality audits to ensure compliance with company standards and clientrequirements.

• Ensure compliance with company policies,health & safety regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage operational budgets, inventory,cleaning equipment, and other resources effectively.
• Ensure the timely deployment of staff,equipment, and materials to all location.
• Oversee logistics and transportation toensure smooth and timely staff movement.
• Ensure accurate documentation, serviceremittance, and submission of records for billing and housekeeping staff monthly attendance.
• Prepare operational reports, monitor KPIs,and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement,Maintenance, and other departments to support smooth operations.
• Support the mobilization of new contracts(Deep cleaning, monthly services) and ensure operational readiness.
