BRONZE HQ DISTRIBUTION AND TRADING FZE in Dubai is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee day-to-day cleaning across mall shops. You will inspect front and back areas, coordinate deep cleaning projects, manage pest control, plants, and schedule staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management certification is a plus.
• 5–7 years of housekeeping experience with at least 3 years in supervision in hotel or similar settings.
• Proficient cleaning techniques and equipment; strong health and safety knowledge.
• Fluency in English; second language is desirable.

Position Summary

Supervise the day-to-day cleaning of shops across the malls, perform routine inspections, schedule and supervise deep cleaning and projects, manage pest control, flowers, plants, and periodical deep cleaning operations, and maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and usage of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day cleaning of shops across the malls.
• Perform routine inspections of all front areas, back areas, and storerooms.
• Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and other projects.
• Supervise and coordinate pest control, flowers, plants, and periodical deep cleaning operations in all areas of responsibility.
• Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Assign duties and coordinate breaks for assigned staff; ensure staff have reported to work and document any late or absent employees.
• Prepare and distribute assignment worksheets to assigned staff and review priorities.
• Clean shop areas in emergencies.
• Plan vacation and leave days for all staff without affecting operations.
• Issue supplies goods to staff at shift start to control inventory.
• Report all maintenance defects and follow up with Engineering.
• Report all lost and found articles immediately to the cashier shop manager.
• Check staff grooming and hygiene.
• Complete all paperwork and closing duties before leaving.
• Update Management about any damage, theft, or loss to company property.
• Manage and train Housekeeping Attendants and other team members to ensure performance meets required standards.
• Provide feedback on staff performance and report disciplinary problems to the HR manager.
• Perform other tasks that might be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management is a plus. Minimum of 5‑7 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role within a hotel or similar environment.
• Proficient in cleaning techniques and equipment, with strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is highly desirable to enhance guest communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a keen eye for cleanliness, ensuring that all areas meet the highest standards.
