Job summary

INNOVATION DIRECT EMPLOYMENT SERVICES L.L.C in Dubai is seeking a proactive housekeeping supervisor to manage daily operations and lead a team in a hospitality or facilities environment.

You will ensure cleanliness, safety, and service standards, conduct inspections, coach staff, monitor attendance and inventory, coordinate maintenance, handle guest feedback, and contribute to cost control and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of housekeeping supervisory experience in hospitality, commercial facilities, or a similar environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle (preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
