Job summary

Jumbo Manpower and Services LLC in Dubai seeks a Hotel Management/Housekeeping Operations professional to lead daily housekeeping staffing, coordinate operations for exhibitions and events, and ensure quality service in a 5-star environment.

The role requires a degree in Hotel Management, 3–4 years of experience, and strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Oracle HRMS, with leadership and reporting capabilities. Flexibility to work both internally and externally as required.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Hotel Management / Housekeeping Operations
• Experience in a 5-star international hotel or similar environment preferred
• Strong reporting and coordination skills
• Knowledge of manpower planning, inventory and operational support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily housekeeping manpower deployment and prepare staff schedules
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure adequate staffing for daily operations, exhibitions and events
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports and KPI trackers
• Maintain attendance, leave, overtime and departmental records
• Coordinate requests for cleaning materials, consumables and equipment
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory reconciliation
• Coordinate with Procurement and suppliers regarding deliveries and follow-ups
• Maintain asset and equipment records
• Support event planning, manpower allocation, staff training and inductions
• Follow up on customer requests and operational actions
• Maintain SOPs, work instructions and departmental documentation
• Support internal audits, inspections and Health & Safety / Quality / Environmental compliance
