Job summary

Times Inn in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping and operations teams, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, guest comfort, and property upkeep across the hotel. The successful candidate will have 5–6 years of housekeeping leadership experience, strong leadership and people-management skills, excellent attention to detail, and fluency in English.

Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays are required, with experience in 4-star hotel

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in a housekeeping leadership role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and people-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience with housekeeping management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.
• Develop and enforce cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards in line with 4-star hotel expectations.
• Manage, train, and schedule housekeeping supervisors, room attendants, and linen attendants.
• Monitor inventory and budgeting for linen, supplies, and cleaning materials.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance for room status and repairs.
• Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping and operations team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, guest comfort, and property upkeep across the hotel. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership experience who can manage a multi-level team while maintaining consistent 4-star quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house
• Develop and enforce cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards in line with 4-star hotel expectations
• Manage, train, and schedule housekeeping supervisors, room attendants, and linen attendants
• Monitor inventory of linen, guest supplies, and cleaning materials, and manage related budgets/costs
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure quality control
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams on room status, guest requests, and repairs
• Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
