Novotel & ibis Balikpapan is seeking friendly and detail-oriented Housekeeping professionals to join our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel setting.

You will be responsible for maintaining spotless guest rooms and public areas while providing courteous service, restocking supplies, and coordinating with the team to ensure a flawless stay for every guest.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in UAE hotel/resort preferred but not required.
• High cleaning standards and attention to detail.
• Flexible and rotating roster.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the hotel team.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining the cleanliness standards for the hotel’s public areas and guest rooms.
• Thoroughly cleaning guest rooms including changing linens, bathrooms and surfaces to ensure an exceptional first impression.
• Re-stocking and maintaining housekeeping inventory levels including linen, cleaning supplies, tea, coffee, etc.
• Providing friendly, approachable and professional relationships with our guests.
• Reporting maintenance issues promptly to support a flawless guest experience.

• Maintaining the cleanliness standards for the hotel s public areas and guest rooms
• Thoroughly clean all sections of the guest rooms such as changing linens cleaning bathrooms and wiping down surfaces all to ensure an exceptional first impression
• Re-stocking and maintaining housekeeping inventory levels including linen cleaning supplies tea coffee etc
• Providing friendly approachable and professional relationships with our guests
• Report maintenance issues promptly showing your dedication to a flawless experience

Requirements

• Previous Housekeeping experience in resort or hotel in UAE is preferred
• High cleaning standards and attention to detail
• Strong motivation to learn, grow and develop within a supportive hotel team
