Hilton in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a dedicated Waiter/Waitress to deliver exceptional guest experiences and support the restaurant team. You will provide attentive service, knowledge of menus and promotions, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Formación

• Must have advanced knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages.
• Basic math skills to operate a cash register, make change, balance checks and vouchers.
• Advanced English writing skills for requisitions, balance sheets and vouchers.
• Ability to memorize and promote the variety of menu items.
• Ability to operate POS and pre-check/close out a check.
• Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Assists captain or head waiter during service and stays at their disposal.
• Promotes in-house sales with knowledge of all F&B outlets and their hours.
• Knows the daily specials before starting the shift.
• Maintains cleanliness of trolleys and pedestal tables.
• Ensures proper mise en place and polish of cutlery.
• Restocks sugar, mustard pots, toothpicks, and oil & vinegar.
• Supports restaurant with linen and supplies.
• Follows the daily cleaning plan and restaurant closure procedures.
• Provides high levels of F&B service and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Knows policies relating to F&B and other standards.
• Recognizes quality products and presentation; improves service standards.
• Assists staff during peak periods and manages waste efficiently.
