Job summary

The Hilton Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a warm, guest-focused Hostess to welcome diners, manage seating, and help create memorable hospitality experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain strong knowledge of the menu, assist with reservations, greet guests, and support the team in delivering smooth service while upholding Hilton grooming standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality.
• Strong commitment to guest service.
• Excellent grooming and professional standards.
• Flexible and a strong team player.
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.
• Cash-handling experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and delight our guests: Greet every guest warmly and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure.
• Manage guest queries: Respond to guest questions and requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to ensure an excellent experience.
• Know the menu and restaurant: Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, products, promotions, and restaurant seating arrangements to confidently assist guests.
• Assist with reservations and seating: Manage seating arrangements efficiently and assist callers courteously, taking accurate messages and passing them to the appropriate person without delay.
• Maintain professional standards: Follow Hilton Grooming Standards, including uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene requirements.
• Follow procedures and regulations: Report issues through the correct procedures and comply with hotel security, fire, health, and safety regulations.
