Job summary

Hyde Hotels in Dubai seeks a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join the Engineering team. You will report to the Duty Engineer and own shift electrical maintenance, including troubleshooting and preventive tasks to ensure guest comfort and safety.

The role requires hands-on LV electrical systems, the ability to read drawings, and clear communication with hotel staff. A technical Diploma and experience in luxury facilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in electrical trade.
• Experience in luxury hotel or complex facility preferred.
• Shift-based operation and guest maintenance requests experience preferred.
• Strong English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Duty Engineer on shift activities and incidents.
• Own electrical maintenance during the shift, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to maintenance requests and restore equipment to safe condition with minimal guest disruption.
• Inspect electrical panels and LV systems; read drawings and schematics.
• Attend safety and technical trainings; coordinate with other departments.
