Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East is seeking a Security Supervisor/Manager for Novotel Sharjah Expo Centre to supervise security officers, enforce policies, and coordinate with civil defence. Candidate should have at least 2 years in hotel security, SIRA license, CPR/First Aid, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel security.
• SIRA Security Manager License and related first-aid certificates required.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Understanding of hotel operations and guest-focused service.
• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security officers and enforce hotel security policies.
• Train staff in surveillance, reporting, patrol and first aid procedures.
• Identify risks from patrols and take proactive safety measures.
• Develop firefighting and fire evacuation training per local civil defence.
• Coordinate with civil defence and police for fire drills and security matters.
• Manage on-site emergencies and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Investigate incidents and follow up on loss and accidents reports.
• Ensure data/information security and confidentiality.
