Our luxury hotel in El-Ain, Egypt is seeking a talented Hotel Sales Manager to lead sales strategies and client relationships. The role requires a strong background in hospitality sales, with a track record of meeting targets and a hands-on leadership style.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hotel sales management experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fluency in English is required; Arabic skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee the sales team and provide training, coaching, and support as needed.
