Job summary

Ecojob in Ajman, UAE seeks a Hotel Sales Manager to lead sales strategies, drive revenue and occupancy, and manage the sales team. You will build client relationships and negotiate profitable contracts.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality degree, at least 3 years in hotel sales, strong English and negotiation skills, and CRM familiarity. Base salary is 1100 USD monthly plus commission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a related role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others.
• Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel.
• Manage the sales team and provide guidance and training as needed.
• Develop relationships with potential clients through networking events, trade shows, and other opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable deals for the hotel.
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management.
• Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the hotel's products, services, and pricing structure.
