Job summary

Rotana Hotels is seeking a passionate Sales Executive for Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi to drive direct sales and maximize business opportunities in a defined area. You will engage in face-to-face calls, phone outreach, and entertainment to maintain and grow a portfolio of accounts, including meetings and group business.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct sales and face-to-face client engagement.
• Ability to develop and manage a portfolio of accounts and organizations.
• Strong knowledge of hotel offerings and services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high exposure for the hotel through direct sales.
• Cover own portfolio across accounts’ managerial and departmental executives.
• Implement sales objectives and action plans to meet targets.
• Solicit and serve transient, group business, and meetings.
• Adhere to selling strategies during negotiations and maximize upselling.
• Maintain knowledge of the property’s selling points, features, and services.
• Prepare corporate offer letters and yearly contracts.
