The role requires a technical plumbing certification and 2–5 years of hotel or building maintenance experience, with strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of water systems.

Qualifications

• Technical certification in plumbing is required.
• 2–5 years of hotel or building maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of water systems, pumps and sanitary installations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain water supply, sewage, and drainage systems.
• Install and repair pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures.
• Maintain hot and cold water systems, including boilers and pumps.
• Clear blocked drains and sewer lines.
• Detect plumbing leaks and repair water damage issues.
• Test water pressure and ensure proper system functionality.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering teams.
• Maintain records of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
