Job summary

Time Ruby Resort Apartments seeks an Income Auditor cum Accounts Receivable to verify revenue capture and accurate recording for hotel operations in Sharjah. The role includes auditing night shift activities, front desk cash handling, and reconciling receipts across outlets.

The candidate will review daily revenue reports, ensure postings align with cash activity, and escalate discrepancies to the Finance team. Basic hotel accounting exposure is expected.

Qualifications

• Accountancy qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Daily F&B and hotel earnings recaps and supporting transaction records.
• Daily general cashier's ledger and cash activity comparison.
• Post charges to the city journal and credit card companies before forwarding to the accounts receivable area.
• Front desk cashier’s due backs from general cashier.
• Investigate late charges and skippers; forward to Credit Supervisor with authorization proof from Duty Manager.
• Confirm that the computerized daily record matches all day’s transactions.
