Job summary

Fairmont Bab Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Revenue Auditor to ensure accurate posting of hotel revenue, perform daily transfer from Opera to Sun, and reconcile POS and PMS systems.

You will support month-end close, verify credit card transactions and chargebacks, and ensure DCT reporting compliance across Revenue, Front Office, F&B and Finance. The role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel income auditing and revenue verification.
• Understanding of internal controls and financial reporting standards.
• Familiarity with DCT Abu Dhabi reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely posting of hotel revenue and submission of daily revenue reports.
• Balance and audit Front Office postings, settlements, and transactions.
• Perform daily revenue transfer from Opera to Sun and verify accuracy.
• Reconcile F&B POS with PMS system.
• Review Rate Variance Reports and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor Front Office rebates, paid-outs, and miscellaneous charges.
• Audit Daily Cash Summary and update General Cashier's report.
• Reconcile credit card transactions and commissions daily.
• Handle credit card chargebacks from Network International and American Express.
• Prepare Daily Operational Package for management.
• Conduct weekly float counts and assist with month-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal finance policies and DCT Abu Dhabi regulations.
• Coordinate with Revenue, Front Office, F&B, and Finance departments for accurate DCT reporting.
