Responsibilities

• Run sold room reports, verify room status and prioritize room cleaning.
• Assist Housekeeping management in daily activity planning and coordination with Engineering, Front Office and Laundry.
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk and update room status.
• Prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping staff and monitor Do Not Disturb rooms.
• Ensure safety, confidentiality and professional appearance; follow all company policies and procedures.
