Job summary

Careers International is seeking a Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor for a hotel in Dubai. The role focuses on upholding brand standards, coordinating room readiness, and guiding the housekeeping and laundry teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of hotel experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and preferably current UAE residence.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Strong planning, organization and communication skills.
• Preference for UAE residents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistently high operating standards in every area of Housekeeping and Laundry, as identified by the hotel brand standards.
• Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of all Housekeeping and Laundry Team Members with an emphasis on training and teamwork.
• Provide excellent guest service.
• Coordinate room availability and release for guest service with floor housekeeping supervision.
