Job summary

St. Regis in Dubai is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to run room status reports, verify room conditions and prioritize cleaning, while coordinating with Engineering, Front Office and Laundry to ensure seamless operations. You will document discrepancies, manage room assignments, and uphold safety standards daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Run room reports and verify room status.
• Identify discrepant rooms and coordinate with Front Desk.
• Prioritize room cleaning and update statuses for departing rooms.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping staff.
• Record and maintain Do Not Disturb room lists; follow up as needed.
• Follow safety and company policies; report hazards and injuries; complete safety training.
