Job summary

voco Dubai is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee room attendants, ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction in a 4- to 5-star hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of progressive housekeeping supervisory experience in Dubai, familiarity with Opera, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years progressive experience in housekeeping supervision in a 4–5 star hotel in Dubai.
• Experience in coordinating with front desk, engineering and other departments.
• Sound knowledge of safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise room attendants and monitor cleanliness in guestrooms, corridors and service areas.
• Ensure rooms are inspected and released as per standards; manage VIP/group preparations.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering to fulfill guest requests and maintenances.
• Maintain par stock levels and tidy trolleys; ensure proper use of chemicals and supplies.
• Train staff and conduct monthly training to ensure multi-skilling and service consistency.
