On behalf of a prestigious five-star hospitality group with a portfolio of premium hotels and resorts in the UAE, we are conducting a confidential search for an experienced General Manager to lead the operations of one of its flagship properties. The General Manager acts as the property's operational leader, ensuring every department performs to its maximum efficiency against agreed standards of operation and delivers individual profitability in line with budget guidelines. The role is accountable for the hotel's long-term success and sustainability, deploying best-practice business-excellence processes, empowerment and continuous‑improvement methodologies, while upholding the company's mission, vision, guiding principles and core standards of service.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience as General Manager in a five-star hotel or resort (essential).
• Experience working with asset managers or owner representatives (essential).
• Demonstrable track record of improving guest satisfaction and profitability (essential).
