• Previous experience as a General Manager within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort
• Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market, ideally with experience in Abu Dhabi
• Proven ability to drive revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and brand excellence
• Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for developing talent and creating a positive culture
• Experience managing complex operations and large multicultural teams
• Strong owner and stakeholder relationship management skills
• Commercially astute with a hands-on approach and a commitment to operational excellence
