Rixos Hotels Gulf is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a premier luxury destination in the UAE. The role requires directing all aspects of operations, guest experience, and financial performance, while upholding the brand’s standards of excellence.

The successful candidate will oversee a large multicultural team, drive commercial results, and build a culture that reflects genuine hospitality and service leadership across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Experience as GM in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market, ideally Abu Dhabi.
• Proven ability to drive revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction and brand excellence.
• Exceptional leadership with a focus on developing talent and building a positive culture.
• Experience managing complex operations and large multicultural teams.
