Park Hyatt Dubai is seeking a skilled Bartender to craft sophisticated beverages and deliver personalized service in a luxury hotel setting.

You will prepare a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, wines, and spirits, engage guests with tailored recommendations, and maintain impeccable hygiene and presentation standards throughout fast-paced shifts. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality/F&B or bartending diploma preferred.
• 1–2 years bartending experience in luxury settings recommended.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers and service standards.
• Good understanding of responsible alcohol service, hygiene, safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
• Professional appearance with guest-focused demeanor and calm under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and guest preferences.
• Engage with guests to provide personalized beverage recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, garnishes, and trends.
• Setup bar with mise-en-place, glassware, stock, and equipment before service.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Monitor guest consumption and enforce responsible service.
• Process beverage orders and billing through POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar, glassware, and storage areas.
• Monitor stock levels, rotate stock, and report shortages or damages.
• Coordinate with service, kitchen, and F&B teams for seamless guest experience.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate when needed.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel procedures consistently.
